WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Meat of 1 or 2 coconut’s
- 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple syrup
- A pinch of Cardamom
- A pinch of Saffron
- 1/2 Avocado (optional)
- Agar Agar (optional)
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Blend all of the above until smooth,and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
Serve the creamy ,yummy and elegant looking pudding.
