“So I started modeling in 2019, and I got signed up in a Sri Lankan modeling agency as their official model, and I worked in Sri Lanka as well as Mumbai.”

In 2023, Ghag started her acting and production career. She produced her first project for Disney+ Hotstar, and from there, she started being approached by directors to give screen tests for specific roles.

Her breakthrough role of Alisha Sheth on ALT Balaji’s ‘Bekaboo’ allowed her to explore OTT work as well as playing a negative role.

“A few reels on my social media got super viral into the millions. From that, the directors found  me and approached me for acting in ‘Bekaboo’.”

For Ghag, she truly enjoys acting because she gets to play different roles, so she tries to learn about each character from scratch and gets into the skin of the character.

“I used to be a teacher, so I would do lots of study about the character, and because of that, it was quite easy for me to get molded into the character.”

As in depth as Ghag goes to get into her character, she also takes an equal amount of time to get out of the character.

“I take a minimum of 15 days to one month to get out of character, not more than that. Frr an actor, it takes time, otherwise it’s very difficult.”

In her latest release, “Nashila Husn”, Ghag plays the role of Alia, which she describes as someone who carries gray shades. In addition to acting, Ghag is also a huge animal advocate, and is the founder of her own nonprofit organization, Dawa India, which helps rehabilitate abandoned and stray animals.
