One of the standout elements of the show is the performance of the cast. Ram Yashvardhan is outstanding as Shiv and can bring out every part of Shiv so well that it connects to the audience. The actor has undoubtedly been chosen by Mahadev himself for this role. Subha Rajput, as Parvati, is delightful to watch as she can bring forth the grace and the power of Adishakti. The chemistry between Ram and Subha is also divine, helping us believe in love and Shiv-Shakti even more!
Swarnim Neema, Srikant Dwivedi, Sheetal Tiwari, Deepak Bhatia, Shalini Vishnudev and Puneet Vashisht are also exemplary in their roles of Kartikeya, Narayan, Lakshmi, Brahma, Saraswati and Narad respectively. They all share great chemistry, brilliantly showcasing the strength of the deities’ unity.
The presentation of the show is another noteworthy element of the show. The sets, designed by Omung Kumar, are beautiful and help transport the viewer to locations such as Kailash. The visual effects are also worth mentioning; they appear realistic and not over-the-top. The show is truly the epitome of a visual treat! While the show helps viewers learn about historical and scriptural events and figures, the show succeeds in connecting the event with the present day in Kaliyug. The team of Swastik Productions understand that simply presenting the events to the audience is not enough, but being able to understand their relevance and how to apply the lessons in our lives is what is needed.
The show also has a soulful soundtrack with songs which have become synonymous with the show. These are just a few reasons why Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav is an iconic and remarkable show on television. We cannot wait to see the team create more magic on the show in future!
Shiv Shakti –  Tap Tyaag Tandav airs every day on Colors TV at 8 p.m. in India and South Africa, 6:30 p.m. in the UK, and ET 6 p.m. and PT 3 p.m. in the US.
