Everyone knows and loves him for Udaan but he has proven himself as one of the finest actors with every role he has done.
Even with a show like The Girl In The City, where he played Kartik, he managed to add depth to it, and beautifully so.
On his birthday today, and everyday, he sure deserves all the praise, and why not?
Interestingly, Rajat shares his birthday with actor, and friend Varun Dhawan, and he recalled a small incident. Says Rajat,
“When I met David Dhawan (sir), he told me how I remind him of his son Varun, and that coming from him, felt like a sweet compliment to me. I have known him and his work for all this time and I feel we are similar in our temperaments and functioning. I get that vibe from him. Probably it is what happens when two people are birthday twins!”
On the work front, the actor has Kacchey Limbu, where he will be seen opposite Radhika Madan.
The movie revolves around a pair of siblings and their struggle to balance their families’ expectations while also trying their luck at their passions. The film is produced by Jio Studios.
