Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, a power couple in Bollywood, made their runway debut at the Mijwan Couture Fashion Show 2022 of fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
Many famous people, including Karan Johar, Gauri Khan, Ishaan Khatter, Vidya Balan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Dia Mirza attended the star-studded event. Mijwan’s stars, Deepika and Ranveer, stole the show in ensembles designed especially for them by Manish Malhotra.
As they commemorated 10 years of Manish’s couture show Mijwan, the pair shared images of themselves wearing the looks from the runway.
Deepika donned a silver and white lehenga with lace borders, sequin work, and intricate embroidery. Her attire had a gorgeous cape.
Ranveer, on the other hand, wore a sherwani that was lavishly embellished in black and white.

Ranveer described his marriage to be the nicest thing to happen to him at the fashion event. In the middle of the show, Ranveer turned to Deepika and said, “Through all of her achievements, she’s living a life of purpose. I find that hugely inspiring. I admire you. I love you. You’re really the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
The duo collaborated on a number of movies, including 83, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela (their first movie together), Bajirao Mastani, and Padmaavat. They were together for over six years before getting married in Italy in 2018.
