“I don’t think anyone can ever come close to his stature”, says singer Romaana for his mentor Jaani

The music industry welcomes the new talent Romaana, he made his debut with the song “Goriyaan Goriyaan”. Alongside Jasmine Bajwa which has crossed more than 6.3 million views on Youtube.

The song is written by Jaani, music given by Bpraak. It is directed by Arvindr Khaira under the production of Desi Melodies.

While ‘Goriyaan Goriyaan,’ is Romaana’s official debut song. He has already gained the attention of a massive audience in North India. It is because of his soothing voice, amazing guitar skills, and handsome looks.

The song “Goriyaan Goriyaan” depicts the story of an innocent and heartfelt love story. That is of a brown-skinned boy’s unfortunate experiences in the real world.

And spins a quirky take on how fairer skin always gets an advantage. Romaana being a part of the Desi Melodies team. Finally got a chance to launch his very own song.

Jaani mentored Romaana and, by having full faith in Romaana he decided to launch his song.

The singer whose song is currently trending on youtube says,

“Jaani has been my mentor since 2017, I have learned so much under his guidance both in my personal as well as professional life, he is like an elder brother to me. Only because of him, I got an opportunity to be a part of superhit songs like Arijit Singh’s ‘Pachtaoge’ and ‘Filhall’ by B-Praak. He is the mastermind behind the lyrics of ‘Goriyaan Goriyaan’ and to sing a song that he has written is a very big honour for me, I cannot express my gratitude towards him in words.

He has also composed the first stanza of B-Praak’s ‘Baarish Ki Jaaye’ featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sunanda Sharma. It is credited as the lyricist of Jassie Gill’s super hit song ‘Ehna Chauni Aa’. That earned him critical appreciation and brilliant fan reaction.
