Some people don’t pay much attention to their comfort when it comes to sleeping but a good bed helps. Invest in a good bed, a good mattress. If your mattress is old, get rid of that soon. Your old and saggy bed would just give you muscle soreness. It could even be the nesting grounds of allergens and dust mites already. Things that won’t allow you to sleep properly.
You may be hesitating to get a bed now because it’s so much of a hassle to buy one from the stores. Even if it’s delivered, you still have to worry how it could fit your door, how it would be brought up to your room, and so on.
To avoid that hassle, order a mattress in a box. It’s still the same mattress, it’s just fitted into a smaller package. You can even order it online, so you shouldn’t have a reason to delay the purchase already.

Eat better. – You may argue that you are indeed eating, but are you eating better? Are you overloading on the caffeine to stay awake? Are you stress eating because you have been missing your targets? Binge eating during a bad day seems to be a good idea, but it’s actually not. How can you focus when you had too much to eat and drink? Being uncomfortably full would also make you sleepier than usual.
There’s nothing wrong with eating, we need it to fuel us. Just think about moderation, think about healthier options in food as well. Too much of anything is bad so be mindful of your consumption.
Take time to meditate. – You may be busy but find time to meditate. Meditation is actually a good way to bring things back into focus.
Your schedule may be packed but find some quiet time. If your mind is in chaos, meditating is a great way to bring things back in perspective. It allows your mind to relax and be free of the thousand and one thoughts running inside your head.
When you are in a calmer state, you make better decisions. And when you feel jittery with stress, meditating can also calm those nerves. Just a few minutes of your day and it really allows you to be more productive.
