Two well-attended parties were held in honor of her cover, the first at the Anita Dongre Flagship in Manhattan, catered by Chef Sujan Sarkar of Baar Baar restaurant, and the second in Williamsburg at the trendy Passatempo restaurant. Guests included notable supporters of The Giving Back Foundation including Suhel Sethi, Jaswant Lalwani, Barbara Ellsworth Robinson, Hadley Bressman, Yash and Binaisha Dongre, Chef Floyd Cardoz, Caroline Leiberman, Roni Majumder, Jimmy Rizvi, Zenobia Shroff and more. Two artists performed at the events, 3x grammy-winning artist Kimberly Thompson who played her latest track “Kiss” and Brooklyn-favorite Home State featuring vocalist Alex Friedlander, drummer David Berliner, and guitarist Matt Gralla who played their new summer anthem, “Find My Own Way.” Both artists are available on Spotify.
