Jason Shah British Actor Rolling Like A Pro In Bollywood

He is a handsome dashing young man making his way up in Bollywood. Jason Shah is a British born actor and fitness model. He was born to a British mother and an American father but later his mother married to an Indian man of Gujarati origin. He is currently living in Mumbai, India. Jason Shah is an actor, known for Thugs of Hindostan (2018), Sabaash Naidu (2019) and Partner (2007). He is currently working with a popular tv series Jhansi Ki Rani.

He also appeared for a short period in an India’s most popular show Bigg Boss.

Thank you for interviewing with us. A white man who speaks Hindi. How did that happen?
I was born to a step Gujju father. He didn’t think it was necessary to speak any Indian language so he didn’t force us to learn and only spoke to us in English. But I always wanted to speak the language and had the appetite. So I used to sit and watch tv serials with my servants. In their quarters at night. They were Nepali so my Hindi got a twist. They eventually learned English while I picked up loads of Hindi.

Where are you originally from? Tell us about your childhood.
I’m from England and America but I was born after my mother was married a second time to Mr. Shah. That’s how I got the Indian sir name. And this is where most people get confused.

What is the most fascinating thing you like about India?
I love India because every day it teaches you something new. It’s very raw and in your face. So you can see the dirt and the class.

Do you get discriminated because of your color?
No. But as a foreigner, there are misconstrued conceptions about us. But India is opening their minds as this younger generation feeds off of the western world.

Tell us about your friendship with Anuskha Sen?
Off-screen we are always messing around. I think she gets a kick out of my antics on set. She’s very sweet and kind hearted and always very cheerful. She’s a hard worker which is really something incredible at her age.

How well you handle spice in Indian food?
I handle it just fine. Although I try not to eat too much. Cause over spicy food is not really good for you anyway.

What is the future goal?
Be happy.

Tell us about your experience in the show Big Boss.
My experience was short in the Bigg Boss house so I can’t say too much. But for what little it was; it was alright.
