Uh oh! Makers of Wah Taj starring Shreyas Talpade have been issued a legal notice!

The makers of the upcoming movie Wah Taj have been sent a legal notice for allegedly spreading chaos as well as tarnishing the image of the country. The movie features Shreyas Talpade and Manjari Fadnis in lead roles and is all set to release on the 23rd of September.

In an attempt to draw attention to the plot of the movie, the makers stuck posters around Agra stating,

“Taj Closed! Decision on Maharashtra’s Tukaram Case. Taj Mahal to be closed for the tourists from 23rd September, 2016 by the Honorable Court’s order”.

These posters did exactly what the makers hoped for and created a public stir, which generated conversations, but also angered and upset many people.  The chaos that ensued led to social activist Madan Mohan Sharma sending a legal notice against Producer Pawan Sharma, Abhinav Verma and Director Ajit Sinha, Actor Shreyas Talpade and Manjari Fadnis for creating a havoc in Agra and spoiling the image of the country. The case has been registered on the 7th of August at Hariparvat police station!

Talking about the notice Shreyas Talpade had this to say,

“I got to know that there has been a legal notice sent to the makers of the film Wah Taj, but it was just a part of the movie promotions and marketing strategy. I don’t understand why it is taken to another level by blowing it up.”

Wah Taj stars Shreyas Talpade and Majari Fadnis and is presented by Jayantilal Gada (Pen) of Pen India Ltd and Directed by Ajit Sinha. The film is produced by Pawan Sharma (Pun films Pvt. Ltd.), Abhinav Verma (Spyderwave films) and Dhaval Jayantilal Gada (Pen India Ltd.) and co- produced by Gopal Sharma, Naresh Sharma, Amitesh Kumar, Poonam Raikwar, Ravindra Choudhary, Aksshay Jayantilal Gada, Kushal Kantilal Gada and Reshmaa Kadakia.  

The film is slated for a 23 September 2016 release!
