Karnatik-Inspired Sessions by Aks is new-age Indian classical music!

Eclipse Nirvana, in partnership with music composer and record producer Aks, will be releasing an album titled “December Season: Karnatic-Inspired Sessions” at the end of May. December Season is Aks‘ 8th studio album and explores what the evolution of Carnatic music could look like in the next 100 years. Two singles from the album have been released thus far. Check them out!

Aks is the CEO and co-founder of Eclipse Nirvana, a record label specializing in world music with South Asian roots. He has many albums to his credit, including “The Bhakti Movement”, which was released worldwide through Eclipse Nirvana and Sony Music in 2014.
