Believe it or not – the greatest love story in the world is one which a fan has for his idol. Whether the star knows it or not, a fan’s world constantly revolves around him or her. In their own fantastical world, a superstar is the living, breathing emulation of God.
In the newly released track for Yash Raj Films’ Fan, lyricist Varun Grover unveils the mystical madness that Gaurav has for his idol Aryan Khanna (Shah Rukh Khan). Sung by Naksh Aziz and composed by Vishal-Shekhar,the peppy and upbeat Jabra Fan is a declaration of an innocent obsession on behalf of Gaurav to Aryan.
Fan follows the life of young Gaurav who embarks on a journey to the city of dreams, Mumbai, in order to wish his God on his birthday. After all, he is Aryan’s biggest fan. When things don’t go according to plan, Gaurav’s love and passion for his God turns in to a dangerous obsession that crosses the fine line.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, the edge of the seat thriller is set to release April 15th!
