Himmanshoo Malhotra, who was one of the promising contestant of Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and winner of Nach Baliye, is also a part of BCL season 2 as the captain of Chennai Swaggers.
Himmanshoo says,”
I am the captain of Chennai Swaggers team so I have lots of responsibility toward my team. As a team captain my idea is to motivate each and every individual and try to keep the team under the spirit of teamhood, encourage all the team members and extract best out of all the individuals so that they show their best on the field.”
Talking about his vision for the team the actor says,
“My vision for the team is that I need to take my team as far as possible in the tournament and to be one of the strongest team, but my larger vision is to win the time.”
The actor further adds
,”This time BCL is on Colors and it is far bigger than previous season because everyone knows that Colors is the number channel for fiction and non-fiction shows.I am very excited because for the first time 200 actors going to be together and going to enjoy BCL season 2.”
When asked about his love for cricket and his favorite cricketer the actor says,
“Cricket is my first love and it is my passion.I have been playing cricket when I was kid.I had played under 19 tournament for Delhi. My favorite cricketer is Mahendra Singh Dhoni because he is the best captain with intelligence and good luck.”
He further says,
“As a player my strength is I am a good batsman and I know all the techniques and my weakness is I am not an all rounder.My best pal in the team is Shohbit Atre I know him from past 11 years and he is the vice captain of the team.”
Chennai Swaggers is the newest addition to the BCL tournament.
