Mr. Khiladi is now GQ's Ultimate Man!

The much awaited GQ Awards 2015 took place in Mumbai where international icon and superstar Akshay Kumar swept the “Ultimate Man Of The Year Award”.

Riding high on the success of back-to-back blockbusters this year — Baby, Gabbar Is Back, Brothers — Akshay Kumar collected his award wearing textured dinner jacket with patent opera slippers.At 48, Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood and credits it to his gruelling regime — requiring highly controlled diets, prolonged martial arts training sessions and weight lifting. Earlier this year, Akshay Kumar had made his debut on the cover of GQ Magazine and shared the news with his fans after tweeting:

“Here it is everyone, my 1st #GQ Cover! Hope you not only enjoy the cover but find my tips useful as well. #GoForIt.”

Akshay’s win seals his status as a man of class and style for the masses. As well as several philanthropic endeavours,Akshay recently lent his support to the United Nations’ Global Goals campaign by coming on board as an International Champion and spearheading the #dizzygoals challenge.

The glamourous GQ Awards was attended by an array of Bollywood A-listers like Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, Richa Chadda, Rajkumar Hirani, Rahul Bose among others.

Akshay Kumar will next be seen on the big screen in the forthcoming action-romance Singh Is Bling out in cinemas this Friday 2nd October.
