The hilarious Ranveer Singh does it again with his latest commercial. First it was Ching’s “Ranveer Ching” ad and now the actor channels legendary actor Govinda, the original “Raju Baba,” in the ad for Rupa Knitwear. Check it out!
Funky dance movies, catching cricket balls with his butt, building elaborate sand castles, fighting off sharks and more has this “Raju Baba” rolling on the floor! However Mr. Mukesh Agarwal, Whole-time Director, Rupa & Co. Ltd. and spokesperson for the Brand wanted to clarify that the shark was not real.
“This is to clarify that the shark shown in the latest Rupa commercial featuring Ranveer Singh is a rubber toy, no animal was used in the shoot. It is not our intention to hurt anyone’s sentiment. We will be adding a disclaimer to the ad to this effect.”
