A new team of the Celebrity Cricket league‘s Veer Marathi was introduced with a lot fanfare recently. The spirit of the entire Veer Marathi team and their talented cricketers along with their owner Ritesh Deshmukh and Brand-ambassador Genelia D’Souza was really commendable.Both Ritesh and Genelia encouraged their team members and stood by them by wearing their team T-Shirt.
Incidentally Riteish Deshmukh is not just the owner of the team but also their captain of the team and Mahesh Manjrekar is the vice Captain. Ironically before buying this team, Riteish was the vice Captain of Sohail Khan’s team Mumbai Heroes.
There are around eight teams playing in the Celebrity Cricket League which started from 9th February onwards. Amongst them Veer Marathi and Bhojpuri Dabanggs are the new entrants in the teams. So enjoy watching your favourite cricketers in this exciting game of cricket.
