The Midwest FOGANA held their 31st annual dance competition in Cincinnati, Ohio, which consisted of Raas, Garba and Folk from all age groups.
This sold-out event brought in about 1,500 spectators from cities such as Chicago, Detroit, and Cleveland to celebrate the folk tradition of Gujarat, a state in southern India.
The Urban Nerd decided to adventure out at FOGANA, where he gets to see his roots in its raw form, and also to see if anyone would battle him on the dancefloor.
