Tickets for India’s most prestigious award ceremony, held by the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA), sold out within minutes of being announced. But now, for the first time ever, fans of Indian cinema will be able to watch the event live on Pay Per View, from the comfort of their own homes.


The Floriana IIFA Awards will take place as part of the CIBC IIFA Celebrations in Toronto, with a variety of companion ‘Buzz’ events taking over the GTA, transforming them to reflect the vibrancy of Bollywood and Indian culture. IIFA is the first of its kind, created to promote Indian cinema globally, and it will now be the first ever to present an awards ceremony live in the Pay-Per-View format.

The collaboration between Wizcraft and MultiVision Media will bring this celebration of Indian Cinema and culture, in unprecedented style, to American television screens and many others around the globe. The North American debut of IIFA is the largest of its kind to date, and will showcase the glitz and glamourof Bollywood. Now in its 12th year, IIFA will be available live on Pay Per View for the very first time, available for everyone to enjoy.

For $29.99 US Dollars, American subscribers can enjoy IIFA live on Saturday, June 25th 2011 – from 8pm Eastern Time (5 pm Pacific Time), and take part in the historic arrival of IIFA to America.
