Kolkata based DJ Akade releases electronic version of ‘Dum Maro Dum’

Amit Kadel, popularly known by the artist name Akade, adds the flavour of electronic music to a retro hit song ‘Dum Maro Dum’ by Asha Bhosle. Released on 26th May 2023 on Saregama.

Akade comes from a non-musical family background. Born with a passion of music, he has emerged as a prominent music producer and DJ. With his mesmerizing tracks he is making waves in the entertainment industry. His unique blend of music genres and experimental approach has earned him a loyal fan base. He has collaborated with artists from all around the world, Jamaican dancehall star Mr. Vegas is one of them.

Akade’s songs have been acknowledged by international DJs like Hardwell, Tiesto, Timmy Trumpet & many more from the EDM scene. ‘Dum Maro Dum (Akade Festival Mix)’ was first heard on the radio show of ‘Toulouse’ maker Nicky Romero, who is a very popular name in the electronic dance music genre.
