Sunil Grover hikes his fee, while Kapil Sharma slashes it down?

‘Waqt ne kiya kya haseen sitam.’ Well, we wouldn’t call it haseen, but definitely time has turned for both TV actors – Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover.

There was a time when Kapil Sharma was in the most demand, and he could easily charge huge amounts and get the biggest of celebrities on his show, while Sunil Grover was just a part of the profits. The tables now seem to have turned for both of them.

Ever since the infamous fight between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover, and Sunil’s backing out of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, Kapil is apparently facing losses in order to keep his show going on. The actor, as his sister also recently confirmed, has been facing illnesses and has had to even cancel many shows recently.

The one man however to profit from this seems to be Sunil Grover, as he has hiked, actually doubled his fees.

A source revelaed,

“Sunil has been getting some really good offers for shows but he’s focusing on guest appearances and stage shows.”

Surprisingly, while Kapil has slashed his fee, Sunil has almost doubled his.

“Sunil was previously charging Rs 7-8 lakh per episode on Kapil‘s show. Now, he charges around 13-14 lakh per apperance.”

On the other hand, Kapil was supposed to strike Rs. 107 crore deal for his show which went kaput, post their mid-air fallout. The TRPs started dipping and Kapil settled for a much smaller deal with Sony to keep the show in the running for now.
