Television favourite Pooja Banerjee celebrated for her spirited turns in Kumkum Bhagya and Kasautii Zindagii Kay has raised a rousing salute to the Indian Government in the wake of Operation Sindoor. Launched on 7 May, the precision strikes wiped out terror infrastructure across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, a move New Delhi credits with averting further civilian bloodshed and reaffirming its pledge to shield every Indian life.
The actress shared,
“I’m feeling very proud that India retaliated after getting harried for years. This is not just a reply back to Pahalgam attacks, this is India’s anger that has been conjuring since years that we’ve been under attacks from terrorists and has been just building up ever since.”
She added,
“The parliament attack, 26/11 attack, Pulwama and many other incidents where India has been a target. Enough is ENOUGH now.. I stand by the governments’ bold decision to retaliate and salute the armed forces for being fearless and guarding our nation.”
