Ram Bhavan gets launch date; 5 reasons we look forward to the show!
Spread the love
Rolling Tales Productions and Colors are all set to release their newest offering, ‘Ram Bhavan.’ The show’s lead cast includes Mishkat Varma, Samiksha Jaiswal, and Khushbu Rajendra.
The channel has released its official promo with the launch date, which gives viewers a taste of what to expect on the show. In it, we see Om Vajpayee (Mishkat Varma) as a carefree guy with lots of swag. While he may appear carefree, back home, his bhabhi, Gayatri (Samiksha Jaiswal), has control over the members of the house, and its functioning. Om is brave enough to stand up to her and challenge her ‘rule.’ In a previous promo, we also saw Isha (Khushbhu Rajendra), a girl who believes in equality, and may give Om the push he needs to take on Gayatri.
The promos look interesting for sure, but here are a few reasons why we cannot wait for this show even more:
Strong Male Protagonist
The promos show Om, played by Mishkat Varma, being a strong and progressive male character, and this is the need of the hour. It is quite clear now that the audience does not connect to the gender but the values of the character. It will be refreshing to see a strong male protagonist onscreen!
Rolling Tales & Rahul Tewary
They are the same makers who brought us Udne Ki Aasha, which we cannot stop praising. The show brought new, realistic, and relatable plots for the audience and earned appreciation from viewers and critics alike. The show also made the power of a strong male protagonist clear.
Another region of India
This show is set in Prayagraj, in Uttar Pradesh. The region is known for its vibrant and strong culture, and we hope we see that come across in the show.
Samiksha Jaiswal’s return
Samiksha is an actress who managed to earn international recognition with her debut show, Zindagi Ki Mehek. The global audience last saw her onscreen in Bahu Begum, while Indian viewers got to see her last in Control Room. This return of Samiksha promises to be a powerful one, and her global fan-following will get to see her again.
A promising pair
In the promos, Om and Isha (Khushbu Rajendra) seem to have strong values. It will be interesting to see how they come together and support each other in navigating their challenges.
Ram Bhavan launches on 29 January 2025 on Colors TV worldwide!
