Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav: 1 Year of Inspiration, Devotion and Entertainment

Spread the love

Time flies by, and who would think it’s been one incredible year of Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav! Yes! The Siddharth Kumar Tewary and Swastik Productions show clocks one year!

At a time when shows struggle to maintain their charm and run long enough, some shows exceed and break all boundaries. Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav is one of those shows! The show starring Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput continues to be one of the finest television shows and possibly one of the finest shows television has ever seen.
The show set out to present the first love story of the universe and has accomplished the goal of inspiring viewers to believe in love and devotion. Each chapter demonstrates the role of Tap (Penance), Tyaag (Sacrifice) and Tandav (Divine Dance of Shiv) in one’s life, whether it’s of a human or Shiv and Shakti themselves.
Swastik Productions has excelled in the presentation of the show, carefully blending a visual spectacle and excellent writing and dialogues. The performances are exemplary on the show too! Ram Yashvardhan as Shiv is the ‘chosen one’ for this role, while Subha Rajput merges grace and power in her role of Parvati (Adishakti). The rest of the cast is fantastic too, including Srikant Dwivedi as Vishnu, Sheetal Tiwari and later Shivya Pathania, as Lakshmi, Deepak Bhatia as Brahma and Shalini Vishnudev as Saraswati. Puneet Vashisht makes his portrayal of Narada loveable and interesting too. The children of Shiv and Parvati were introduced during the show. Swarnim Neema and later Yash Bhojwani as Kartikeya, Muskan Kalyani as Ashokasundari, and Riyansh Vikram Dhabi as Ganesh are all a real delight to watch. Akangsha Rawat as Diti, makes the universe’s first villain intriguing to watch. The chemistry between Ram and Subha is another highlight on the show!
As Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav celebrates one year, we wish this show many more milestones and success.
