Rahul Kumar Tewary’s and Rolling Tales’ ‘Udne Ki Aasha‘ has hit the milestone of 100 episodes. The show, starring Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora, has been on air for three months and has grown from strength to strength.
Udne Ki Aasha presented two very different characters, Sachin and Sailee, who got married after Sachin’s brother Tejas ran away from the marriage. The show is praiseworthy for being fresh and keeping away from the current conventions of television, such as love triangles. The characters are interesting and deliver a strong focus on relatable family dynamics. The show does not shy away from showing the difficulties that middle-class families face daily.
Sachin and Sailee’s love story in Udne Ki Aasha is unique and realistic. They both are strong individuals and believe in keeping one’s identity intact after marriage. Through their journey of learning about each other, they slowly build feelings for each other. This is not the only talking point of the show. The relationship between Sachin and his parents Paresh and Renu is interesting too. Not forgetting the love stories of Tejas and Roshni, and Akash and Riya. These also add to the charm and intrigue of the story. Sachin’s grandmother aka Aaji is another popular character among viewers.
These concepts and characters are powered by the fine performances of the cast, which make the show all the more compelling to watch.
