Bigg Boss 17 has had a week filled with ups and downs for the housemates with many shocking events taking place in the house. One of the pleasant things which happened was the captaincy task which took place smoothly and Ankita Lokhande became the next captain of the Bigg Boss house!
The captaincy task transformed the garden into a winter wonderland of snow and saw three mountains for each of the previous captains to meditate on. The remaining housemates had to demonstrate their convincing skills to convince the ex-captains that they are more worthy than the others to become captain.
The final two contenders were Ankita and Vicky, and finally the ex-captains announced that Ankita will become captain. Ankita was filled with excitement as she always wanted to be captain as she has faith in her leadership qualities. Since then Ankita has carried out her role as captain with grace and strength and has been proving to be a fair captain of the house.
Ankita Lokhande becoming captain is a result of her strong character and nature of valuing relations with others. To celebrate her captaincy, her fans have embarked on a trend on X with the tagline FAIR CAPTAIN ANKITA
