Infact, in a recent clip shared by the producers. Prabhas expressed his gratitude towards the team, cast and confirmed the development of the second installment.
It expressing his admiration for his co-star Deepika Padukone and the actress having a bigger role in the next one. In the video he said,
“Thanks a lot to Deepika, the most gorgeous lady. And we all know we have a much bigger part 2.”
Director Nag Ashwin also earlier emphasized Deepika’s crucial role in the film, reinforcing the idea that her character is the centre of the story.
Nag Ashwin said stated,
“Deepika is the most important part of the story. Because if you remove her character, there is no story. There is no Kalki.” This yet again highlights the pivotal role Deepika plays in the franchise, and her presence is expected to add even more depth and intrigue to the sequel.
With Prabhas and Deepika Padukone leading the charge once again. The second part of “Kalki 2898 AD” is set to deliver an unparalleled cinematic experience.
