The actress who delivered baby boy in Nov last year has been spending time taking care of the baby. It has been 5 months since Veer’s arrival and the new mommy has taken it upon herself to get back to her fitness routine.
Though Amrita Rao is known for a doll like figure and has not put on too much of weight but she has resumed her Yoga routine with a trainer for overall fitness of body and mind, and to tone that little belly bulge that a woman gets post pregnancy.
Both Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol are hands on parents without having an entourage for the baby and Anmol ensures that Amrita can take out some time for herself during the day.
