The national award winner actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently amazed us in the trailer of Netflix Originals’ Sacred Games 2.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also in the news as he plays the lover boy for the first time in Bole Chudiyan. Now, the versatile actor is ready to add one more feather in his hat by rapping a song for the movie.
Gangs Of Wasseypur fame Nawaz is all set to sing a song ‘Swaggy Chudiyan’ for the film. Kumaar will write the song and Sunny and Inder Bawra will compose it.
The actor recorded the song at a studio on Saturday afternoon. Then he met the media along with Tamannaah Bhatia, director Shamas Siddiqui, producers Rajesh Bhatia and Kiren Bhatia.
Putting some light on the same, director Shamas Siddiqui says,
“When I sounded him out, he was a little hesitant, but after some rehearsals with Kumaar and composer duo, he got into the groove and now he is excited to record his first rap song. In fact, ‘Swaggy Chudiyan’ is not a promotional song but takes the narrative forward. The rap is written keeping him in mind as it has a rustic flavour of Rajasthan and it suits his voice well.”
Tamannaah Bhatia will play the love interest of Nawaz. While Anurag Kashyap will also play a pivotal role, Kabir Duhan Singh plays the antagonist in the film.
Bole Chudiyan’s director is Shamas Siddiqui. Its producers are Rajesh Bhatia and Kiren Bhatia under their banner of Woodpecker Movies. The shoot begins from July 25, 2019 with a start to finish one schedule film in Rajasthan.
