This March Lets Witness These Amazing Bollywood Movies

The month of February 2019 saw some interesting Bollywood movies like Gully Boy, Hum Chaar, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, Total Dhamaal and many more. While some movies did really great some couldn’t fair well.

 

As the countdown for March begins, we at UrbanAsian would like to give you the list of Bollywood movies releasing in the month of March.

 

  • 1st March:

 

Sonchiriya:

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana. The movie revolves around the Chambal dacoits and is set in the 1970s.

 

 

Luka Chuppi:

Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the movie Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon. Luka Chuppi tells the story of a television reporter in Mathura who falls in love with a headstrong woman and then the two stay in a live in relationship with the family.

 

 

  • 8th March:

Badla:

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the movie stars Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu. Badla is about a lawyer who investigates further into the suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a young man.

 

 

  • 15th March:

Photograph:

Directed by Ritesh Batra, the movie stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sanya Malhotra. Photograph revolves around a struggling street photographer in Mumbai, pressured to marry by his grandmother and because of that he convinces a shy stranger to pose as his fiancée.

 

 

Milan Talkies:

Directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, the movie stars Ali Fazal and Shraddha Srinath. The movie is about Ali who falls in love with a girl in a filmy style and the struggle he goes through.

 

 

Mere Pyare Prime Minister:

Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the movie stars Anjali Patil, Om Kanojiya, Makrand Deshpande and Rasika Agashe. The movie revolves around four children living in a Mumbai slum, one of whom wants to build a toilet for his single mother and makes an appeal to the Prime Minister.

 

 

 

  • 21st March:

 

Keasri:

Directed by Anurag Singh, the film stars Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra. Kesari is an unbelievable true story based on the Battle of Saragarhi, 1897. Touted as one of the bravest battle ever fought, 21 courageous Sikhs countered 10,000 invadeers.

 

 

Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota:

Directed by Vasan Bala, the movie stars debutant Abhimanyu Dassani, Radhika Madan, Gulshan Devaiah, Mahesh Manjrekar and Jimit Trivedi. It is a story of a young boy Surya who has a rare condition of Congenital Insensitivity to pain meaning he cannot feel pain, and he sets out to learn martial arts and hunt down muggers.

 

 

 

  • 29th March:

 

Notebook:

Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the movie stars newbies Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal. The movie revolves around an ex-army officer, Kabir, who becomes a teacher in a school in Kashmir that is in a miserable condition. Things take a turn when Kabir finds a notebook, left behind by the previous year’s teacher, Firdaus.
