Richa Chadha is multi-talented, as we have seen over the span of her career. This actress can definitely act, dance, and sing. She’s even written and directed a short film and will soon turn writer. If one has to look at the versatility of her roles, she’s been receiving fantastic reviews since her role in Gangs of Wasseypur.
All of these abilities and her boldness is clearly what made her bag the role of Shakeela in the biopic, directed by Indrajit Lankesh. Richa who will be seen in this titular role, will begin shooting for the film in August. Before she signed on for the film, there was some massive competition for the part of the adult film star. Actresses like Huma Qureshi and Swara Bhaskar were also in the running, but this Masaan actress eventually won the title.
