Secret Superstar Trailer: This Aamir Khan starrer will give you hope

Life is tough, and some parents just make it tougher by never understanding the dreams their children carry.

‘Secret Superstar’, played by Zaira Wasim, is one such child, whose dreams are shattered right before her eyes. She is helpless with a father who wants to put restrictions on music, and her mother who in spite of supporting her daughter’s dreams, cannot gather enough courage to go against her coward husband.

But who could even stop music? It just flows, and thankfully, Zaira realizes her talent, and makes the efforts to let the world know that she exists, even though behind a burkha.

What will it take for the cover to get off? How will Aamir Khan turn her mentor? The trailer has left us with these questions, which will be answered once the movie releases, but for now, all we can say is that we’re loving the look and feel of the trailer.
