The Homebound Reception in London, took place on Monday 24th November at Garden Cinema, 39-41 Parker Street, London, WC2B 5PQ attended by director, Neeraj Ghaywan; cast members, Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa; and producer, Karan Johar.
Also in attendance were Director Gurinder Chadha (Christmas Karma, Bend It Like Beckham), Model & Influencer Rahi Chaddha, Musician Anoushka Shankar, Producer Natasha Poonawala and Fashion Editor Edward Enninful to name a few.
The film has been officially selected as India’s entry for Best International Feature consideration at the 98th Academy Awards®. It had its World Premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival in the prestigious Un Certain Regard section. It secured further acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), where it was named Second Runner-Up for the International People’s Choice Award.
Produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions, Homebound is now streaming on Netflix.
