‘Karmaanya’, an upcoming Bollywood fantasy film, is currently in the works as the cast is filming, and the film is set to release worldwide.

Lead actor Prateek Jain and producer Rajiv Khinchi shared their excitement at the film’s global release, and how they got involved in the project.
Jain explained that he went through the audition process, and considers himself very lucky to have gotten the opportunity.
“The story is something really amazing out of the box … this is still a very unconventional cinema that has a lot to do with your physical training, your personality and a lot of action., so it’s not an easy role.”
Jain went on to explain that the preparation process for the film was incredibly grueling and required work with a multitude of coaches, as he is performing several of his own stunts.
“It has a lot of hand to hand combat. I’ll be using Kalaripayattu, a very traditional form of martial art, because the story requires that kind of move. You see me riding horses, and there’s a lot of adventure to it.”
For Khinchi, he realized that he wanted to make a story that could be presented as an international film on a global stage.
“I thought to myself, if I’m making it, I’m making it like a global version, and I want to get it to be right there in terms of a cinematic treat.”
Khinchi has found some of the best international technicians, coaches, and editors to work on the film, to make sure that it can stand at an international level with other global films.
The filming for ‘Karmaanya’ is currently underway, and the first motion poster has been released!
