Talking about his recent move to Dubai, which has sparked interest, Ieshaan shares the reasons behind his decision to relocate and delve into ventures in real estate there. He says,

“I frequently travel to Dubai to study the real estate market, gaining insights for my business. Inspired by my brother and mentor, Ankur Aggarwal, CEO of Bricks and Woods, I am passionate about working hard. As an actor, I believe in staying busy and choose not to wait for projects. My preference is to work 365 days a year. Being in Dubai allows me to easily fly for shoots and return to focus on my real estate business. I am committed to being both an actor and a businessman, a dream I’ve always pursued.”

Inquired about the impact of his shift to Dubai on his personal and professional life, particularly considering his involvement in real estate ownership, he asserts,

“As an actor, there’s never a time when you’re too busy. I believe working hard is the only option for a man. While it may be different for a woman, I believe a man must provide – for his family and society. That’s my commitment and what I intend to do.”

About balancing real estate ventures in Dubai with his acting career and finding intersections between the two aspects of his life, he responds,

“I’m from Delhi, and for work, I always have to take a flight to Mumbai, which takes around 2 and a half hours. Interestingly, the flight from Dubai also takes me about 3 hours. There isn’t much of a difference.”
