Just a month after his wedding, Ali Merchant shares an emotional note as he mourns the loss of his Daadi

Actor Ali Merchant known for many shows over the span of his career, recently made news for his upcoming Bollywood debut, as well as his wedding with Andleeb Zaidi a few weeks ago. The actor had some sad news to share this week, as his grandmother passed away.

 

 

Taking to his Instagram, Ali posted a sweet picture of him and his grandmother, and captioned the post,

“I will never forget the things my daadi taught me & how loved she made me feel. Your memories will be cherished forever. RIP Daadi 💔 🤲 #innalillahiwainnailaihirojiun”

This is definitely a difficult time for Ali, as everyone knows how special and dear grandparents are to their grandchildren, and Ali’s admiration and deep love for his Daadi, is evident in his post.
