Bamfaad a film featuring veteran actor Paresh Rawal’s son Aditya Rawal and south siren Shalini Pandey has released today.
The producers of the film are over the moon with the response to the film. Ranjan Chandel has directed the film.
Pradeep Kumar and Shaika Parween from Shaika Films have collaborated with Ajay Rai from Jar Pictures for this film.
It is presented by Anurag Kashyap. The makers give their opinion on the reason to cast Aditya Rawal.
Producer Pradeep Kumar says,
” When We (Anurag Kashyap , Ranjan, Pradeep & Ajay) saw his audition shown by Tarun Bajaj casting director of this film , there was something in him which got us hooked but the mock shoot just filled the gap of the person required to play the role of Nasir Jamal. I am into Television and I personally always believe in launching new talent, be it television or film. Aditya Rawal is a super talented lad with a whole lot of experience of writing n acting in theatre.”
He further adds,
“He is very hardworking boy, he took interest in his character, did his homework for that and had gone to Kanpur before the start of the shoot to just get into the skin of the character of a Kanpuria boy and lingo. Somebody even compared him to Mr Amitabh Bachchan’s look of his initial years after few days of shoot. His performance will be known soon to everyone “.
Pradeep Kumar in the past has produced television shows such as “Meri Durga” and currently “Choti Sarrdaarni” which is still ongoing.
Producer Ajay Rai from JAR Pictures says that,
“In his very first impression we knew that he is that character that we were looking for and after his audition things became even more clearer. He is an extremely hardworking actor who gets into the core of the character and he starts living it. What better than having an actor like him as the lead of your film”.
