It revolves around drugs, guns and lawlessness. It depicts the putrescence, governance and rule of mafia dons. The series has been renewed for a second season which will release in 2020.

Special Ops is an Indian espionage thriller series created by Neeraj Pandey for Hotstar’s label Hotstar Specials with Kay Kay Menon leading the cast.
Pandey along with Shivam Nair directed the series with Pandey’s Friday Storytellers attached as production house which premiered on 17 March 2020.
