Our actors do several things to get into the skin of their character. And if there’s one actor who changes like a chameleon to fit the bill, it’s Kartik Aaryan.
The actor has time and again proved his versatility as an actor and now with Love Aaj Kal, he goes all out as he is set to play not one, but two romantic heroes.
Kartik Aaryan will be seen playing Raghu and Veer, while the former is set in the ‘90s, the latter is set in the new decade. To look and feel both like both his roles, separated different time zones, the actor gave his all.
To look like a school-boy set in the ‘90s, Kartik got rid of his facial fuzz, chopped off his signature hair and even lost weight. Kartik underwent a strict diet to look lanky and look convincible as a school-going-boy in Udaipur.
Today as Kartik Aaryan shared yet another picture from the sets of Love Aaj Kal, he’s seen in a school uniform and posing with few other co-actors. In the picture Kartik looks straight out of high school and physical transformation is unbelievable.
He has captioned the picture saying, ‘0-s hot kids be like. Kartik minus 8kgs = Raghu. #FiftyShadesOfRaghu #CoolBoyz Squad Goals. #School #LoveAajKal.’ Now that’s truly commendable for the young actor to go an extra mile for his role.
Kartik Aaryan as Raghu and Veer is simply amazing. The trailer has got a great response and people are loving Aaryan’s lover boy image a la Imtiaz Ali style. His chemistry with Sara Ali Khan and debutante Arushi Sharma are top-notch and we can’t wait to watch this cool urban romcom to hit the big screens soon.
