Sara Ali Khan Shares A Picture From The Sets Of Coolie No.1

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are making the headline with their upcoming David Dhawan film Coolie No 1 remake. The film is the official remake of the 1995 hit Coolie No. 1.

A while back, Sara Ali Khan took to Instagram and shared a picture with Varun from the sets of the film. She captioned the post as, ‘Cool and Coolie’. Check out the post right here:

In the original Coolie No 1, Govinda and Karisma Kapoor played the lead role.

Apart from them, this film will also star Shikha Talsania, Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever in pivotal roles.

As per the reports of a leading daily, the song Main toh raste se ja raha tha from the original will be recreated for this film. The song was a blockbuster hit when it released. As per sources, “Given the popularity of the track Main toh raste se, the makers are planning to present the reprised version of the same to add to the nostalgia. However, the discussion on the same is at a very nascent stage currently.”

The film is directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. It is slated to hit the screens on May 1, 2020.

On the work front, Sara Ali Khan next upcoming film is Imtiaz Ali’s untitled film co-starring with Kartik Aaryan and Randeep Hooda.
