Do The Garba Raas With Sanedo From Made In China

After releasing the crackling trailer and foot-tapping song Odhani, the makers of Rajkummar Rao-Mouni Roy starrer, Made In China, are here with their next track. They are here with another addition for your Garba playlist –  a peppy and upbeat number, Sanedo.

Sanedo is composed by Sachin-Jigar and sung by Mika Singh along with Nikhita Gandhi, Benny Dayal and Sachin- Jigar themselves. The song is a recreation of an iconic Gujarati song, which is famous as a fast paced dandiya number.

In this track,  Mouni is seen wooing Raj – who plays her on-screen husband Raghu. She looks sizzling in a red saree showing off some seductive dance moves.

Mouni will also do some garba steps with Raj – a true blue way for Gujaratis to express their happiness and excitement.

Talking about Sanedo, Sachin says,

“Made in China is a journey  of a small time Gujarati entrepreneur and his wife. Set in today’s time, the song needed to have not only a glimpse of their culture but also a modern and universal appeal. The song in the film is a fun rendition and a perfect balance of energy and romance between Raghu and his wife.”

Jigar further adds,

“Once we zeroed in on recreating Sanedo, we worked on spicing it up to suit it’s placement in the film’s story. Mikhil, Dinoo (Dinesh Vijan) and us worked on the music with so much gusto. Originally Sanedo is a cult song from Gujarat. It’s a song pretty much every Gujarati will know and recognize when the opening notes of the song play. Being so rooted in our culture, we decided to use it for Made in China to let everyone enjoy the flavour of our music with a cheeky and contemporary twist. We are happy it’s turned out well and we hope people shower the song and album with their love.”

Set to release this Diwali, Made In China is produced by Maddock Films in association with Jio Studios. The film directed by Mikhil Musale and also stars Boman Irani, Sumeet Vyas, Gajraj Rao and Paresh Rawal. The film is an out and out entertainer dipped in Gujarati culture, laced with laughter and madness.
