Friendship Day is here! As they say, each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born. So true!
Friendship is one such thing that occurs a lot in Bollywood movies. Each and every Bollywood movie shows that A Friend In Need Is A Friend Indeed.
Majority of Bollywood movies are incomplete without Friendship.
The year 2018 and 2019 Bollywood movies saw a lot of friendships. Today, as we celebrate Friendship Day let’s take a look at some amazing friendships of 2019 Bollywood movies that will always remain fresh in our mind and heart.
Vinod Shukla (Guddu) & Abbas Sheikh in Luka Chuppi:
Vinod Shukla’s character played by Kartik Aaryan and Abbas Sheikh’s character played by Aparshakti Khurana made us go LOL. Abbas goes to all extent to save Guddu from his father-in-law. Their friendship was like Tom and Jerry. They fight but can’t live without each other.
Kabir Singh & Shiva in Kabir Singh:
Kabir Singh played by Shahid Kapoor is a drug addict, who lost his love because of his temper. Shiva, on the other hand, is a calm person. Shiva is the perfect friend that everyone would love to have in their life. Kabir and Shiva’s friendship was the highlight of the movie. It made us go aww over their bromance.
Bharat & Vilayti Khan in Bharat:
Bharat is played by Salman Khan and Vilayti Khan is played by Sunil Grover. Bharat and Vilayti are friends since childhood and don’t leave each other’s side till their old age days. They even apply for work together and are like chaddi buddies.
Murad Ahmed a.k.a. Gully Boy & Shrikant Bhosle a.k.a. MC Sher in Gully Boy:
Murad Ahmed played by Ranveer Singh and MC Sher is played by Siddhanth Chaturvedi show a friendship which has no place for jealousy. MC Sher who is a rapper helps Murad to become a rapper and lifts him up. The two are those kinds of friends who are happy with anyone’s success.
Raj & Bhola in Juunglee:
Raj is played by Vidyut Jammwal and Bhola is an elephant. There is a cute relation shown between the two. Raj tries his best to save Bhola from the hunters. A rare friendship that is not seen nowadays.
Sweety Chaudhary & Sahil Mirza in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga:
Sweety Chaudhary (Sonam Kapoor) and Sahil Mirza (Rajkummar Rao). Sahil falls in love with Sweety but Sweety is a lesbian. Even after knowing that Sahil doesn’t break his friendship with Sweety and in fact helps her to make her family approve of her relationship.
