Farhan Akhtar, who is all set to be a boxer in his next, Toofan has been training rigorously for his role in the film.
And today we got to know that Paresh Rawal has been roped as Farhan’s coach in the movie. He has been training with Farhan for the past month.
He was selected for the role in April for the Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra directorial. After Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, this is the second time Farhan has collaborated with Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra.
For Toofan, Farhan will be boxing with real boxers in the ring and has been training with Drew Neal. Drew Neal is the former world kickboxing champion.
It will be great to see Paresh Rawal and Farhan together onscreen for the first time.
Farhan Akhtar’s The Sky Is Pink will have its world premiere as part of the Gala Presentation at TIFF on September 13th. The Sky Is Pink is the only film from all of Asia. RSVP and Roy Kapur Films are the producers, in association with Ivanhoe Pictures and Purple Pebble Pictures.
