Aayush Sharma To Play An Army Officer In His Next

Aayush Sharma, who made his debut in Salman Khan Films’ LoveYatri last year is all set for his next Bollywood project.

Kwatha is directed by Karan Butani and Aayush Sharma will play the role of an army officer.

 

Director Karan said:

“It’s a real-life story and the title Kwatha comes from a place in Manipur. It is one of the last villages on the border of India and Myanmar. It’s a story about the army officer and the relationship he shares with this village.”

 

On casting Aayush, he said:

“We clicked in the first meeting itself. Very few films have been made on North East. It’s time that the rest of India and the world see how beautiful it is and the stories it has to tell.”

 

Produced by Sunil Jain and Aditya Joshi, the Research of the film is underway. Kwatha should roll in September. Meanwhile, Aayush is working on his look and body as an army officer.
