Varun Dhawan & Shashank Khaitan’s Next Put On Hold?

Varun Dhawan, who was last seen in Kalank is currently busy with the shoot of Remo D’Souza’s Street Dancer 3D. He has collaborated with Shashank Khaitan earlier for two movies, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania, and both have been a huge hit.

Varun Dhawan and Shashank Khaitan’s third collaboration which was supposed to be a period drama, Rannbhoomi, has been put on hold.

 

Shashank Khaitan revealed that he had cracked the first half of the film which was great but he had botched things up for the second half of the story. He said that the industry is making so many new stories so, if he did not come up with something new to say, he thought that he shouldn’t say it at all. He confirmed that he has put the film on the backburner for now.

 

He further said that Karan and Varun are excited about the script just like him but he can’t commit to it as of now and that the film is ambitious and will require a lot of time due to the research and VFX.

 

Well, audiences have loved the first two collaboration of Varun and Shashank so they might even love the third one but waiting for the correct script is the right thing to do.
