Akshay Kumar On His Digital Streaming Debut: My Son Aarav Inspired Me

Akshay Kumar will be making his digital streaming debut with Amazon Prime’s The End (working title).

At the launch of the show, Akshay said,

“To tell you the truth, I’ve been inspired by my son, Aarav. He told me ‘Dad, you have to get into the digital world. You have to follow the youth’. He’s my teacher and I’ve learnt from him.”

Speaking more about the show Akki said,

“The whole idea of me doing action (will be exciting). I know the script and I know the screenplay. There’s too much of action. It’s obviously a fictional story but it’s a human story. I can’t talk much about it but it’s going to be a fun and entertaining.”

He also said that Akshay Kumar never went away from action.

“It’s not my comeback to action genre. Action is within me. I call myself a stuntman first and then an actor. What else can I say? I was always with action.”

The multi-season show is currently under development and will be an action-thriller.
