Hardik Pandya And KL Rahul’s Koffee With Karan, Action taken by Hotstar

Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul who had appeared as guests on the last episode of Koffee With Karan season 6 have been trending on social media, for not a good reason.

 

The duo hardly talked about cricket and the entire episode was more about Hardik boasting about his way with women. The Indian cricketers have not just been criticised on social media but have also miffed BCCI with their sexist remarks on the show.

Pandya had made sexist remarks on the show but later after being trolled, the cricketer had apologized on social media platforms.

But then on Wednesday Pandya and KL Rahul were issued notices by the BCCI for their comments about women on the show.

Hotstar took action on Thursday, 10 January, and took down the controversial episode.

The episode was available till afternoon but this evening Twitterati complained of the episode gone missing from Hotstar. The episode was aired this Sunday on Star World and was available on Star’s OTT platform Hotstar. However, currently, all the other episodes of Koffee with Karan are available except for one that featured Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul.

On the show, Pandya boasted of having hooked up with multiple women and spoke about how open he has been about it with his parents. He also said his family was “cool” with his sexual activities.
