Imtiaz Ali’s Laila Majnu has created a madness not only in the audiences but among the the filmmakers. Ever since the trailer dropped, fans have gone gaga over the purity of love that the whole vibe of the movie has.
Now that the release is just a week away, Imtiaz Ali’s close friend and a director himself, Anurag Kashyap hosts a special screening for the filmmakers of the industry to watch Laila Majnu.
The attendees of the screening were Rajkumar Hirani, Vikramaditya Motwane, Shivam Nair, Abhishek Chaubey, Saurabh Shukla, Sunidhi Chauhan, Makrant Deshpandey along with presenter Imtiaz Ali, Director Sajid Ali, Producer Preety Ali, and the star cast Avinash Tiwary and Tripti Dimri with many more from the industry.
Anurag has always believed in a cinema that has an essence of reality with a ‘crazy’ factor in it and what better than ‘Laila Majnu’ can fit to his ideologies of cinema.
