Read on to know what Taapsee Pannu and Shaad Ali had to say.
When asked about the most difficult shot Taapsee Pannu had to learn for the film she said,
“The most difficult shot that I still cannot do, or play is the drag flick.”
“Thank god my character didn’t have to do any drag flick otherwise I would struggle to death to do that, because it is a pretty difficult shot to do that and that’s what Sandeep had mastered and that’s what he has a world record for. I haven’t been able to pick it up – Angad and Diljit did actually because their characters need to learn that. My character thankfully didn’t have to play drag flick, otherwise I would have taken a long time to learn it.”
When asked about sustaining any injuries during the shoot Taapsee said,
“No, no, not at all.”
Director Shaad Ali added to it saying,
“On such a tight schedule, we could afford it.”
Talking about her love for sports Taapsee said that she generally loves sports and since school days she has been playing many – currently she plays squash.
“I generally love to learn a sport. Agar dubara karne ko mile koi sports film, toh dubara karungi – but I hope that iss baar yeh biopic mai main character play karu.”
Elaborating on acting in a biopic she said,
“Koi bhi chalegi sports biopic chalegi, because I love ports.”
“I find Sania’s life very interesting but I’ve heard her film is being made.”
Taking about her breaking down scene in the films – and in general, Taapsee said:
“I think filmmakers have a night time having me crying. In every film of mine people expect me to have a little break down moment. Ek do aake bol bhi chuke hai ‘You cry very well’.”
She also spoke about why she said yes to the film, her pass-time, travel and lots more. She also spoke about the directors and actors she further wants to collaborate with. Check out the video here.
