The trailer of Nanak Shah Fakir – the receiver of 3 National Awards – launched yesterday in the presence of Akshay Kumar.
At the trailer launch event of Nanak Shah Fakir, producer Harinder Sikka, and co-producers Samar Sikka and Resul Pookutty opened up about the problems they faced during the making of this film and more.

Also, Akshay Kumar spoke about his first encounter with the Almighty. He was quoted saying
‘Maine dekhi badi badi flims hote hai jo release hote hai, lekin re-release maine aaj tak nahi dekhi. “
He continued,
“It’s a blessing in disguise. It’s a miracle.”
The film has been re-released as it was earlier pulled off owing to clarifications from various groups.
The producer, co-producer and Akshay also opened up about how everything worked in favour of the film.
Co-producer Resul Pookutty, also shared how A R Rahman wanted to score the music for the film.
