No matter what, Prachi Tehlan always knew she was meant for something ‘big’. Starting her career as a sportsperson to turning up into an actor, it has been an amazing journey for her. Sharing the glimpse of her golden moments, Prachi recently uploaded few pictures from the days when she played Netball and Basketball.
The first of them is a throwback to the time when she was in the national coaching camp of Indian Netball. The quintessential actress is seen practicing yoga in the image.
The second photo is a group image with Deepa Malik, Arjuna awardee, and other teammates.
The third image shows a bunch of players in blue and white team uniforms. Prachi posted the picture with the caption, ‘#Throwback: Indian Netball Team Post a friendly match with the Singapore club team in 2009.’
Apart from these, she shared three more snaps that talks about the team spirit, existing bond between the players and positivity.
Prachi has not only contributed to the game of netball but also basketball. Also, she has been the captain of the Indian Netball Team which represented India in the 2010 Commonwealth Games. It was under her captaincy that Indian won a silver medal in the 2011 South Asian Beach Games as well as a gold medal in 34th National Games of India, in the same year.
Later on, Prachi went on to listen to her heart and pursue a career in acting after she got a random offer on her Facebook fan page for the famous show Diya Aur Baati Hum. She left a lasting impression through an important role in it which was telecasted on Star Plus. Based on her talent and perseverance, she bagged quintessential roles in two Punjabi movies namely Bailaras and Arjan.
As of now, her character in the ongoing show ‘Ikyawann’ is winning millions of hearts.
